Setup and configure enable dhcp services?

First, you need to add component dhcp on the add and remove program. Check on the Dinamic Host Configuration Protocol(DHCP). Make sure you put the cd 2003 server on the cd-rom.

Once you already enable dhcp, configure your Internet Protocol (IP) on Local Area Network.

After you already put the IP on your local area network, you might configure your DHCP.

Before your configuring and add scope, you have to authorized DHCP server run on your network. Expend DHCP On Server and right click and click on the “authorized icon”. Please disable any other NIC card available. Restart DHCP services. Right click and click new scope.

Type a name and description for this scope.

You define the scope address range by identifying a set of consecutive IP address.

Add Inclusions IP address that you want.

Specifies your lease duration.

Configure DHCP Option.

Router (default gateway)

Put your domain name and dns server.

Activate your scope now.

Completing your new scope.
