How to install gregarius rss ?
Gregarius can be freely downloaded from the
sourceforge.net project page
Extract the .tar or .zip file toe the c:\program files\apache software foundation\apache2.2\htdocs as picture below.
Before you start installing gregarius you need to create database on your mysql. The picture below show you how to create database using command prompt.
After creating database, you can check your database name that you create just now by entering mysql monitor. Type exit to quit from mysql.
To install gregarius, open your browser and type http://localhost /gregarius/install.php. I’m using localhost for example on this installation. Step 1 is the gregarius database setup verify environment.
Fill up the setting below for the database Gregarius will keep its data.
Create you admin username and password.
Create database and write dbinit.php. This will create dbinit.php file on your gregarius folder to run gregarius.
For optional, you can activate mod-rewrite.
Congratulation!!! you successfully install gregrarius. Click on the start using gregarius.
